G+D Netcetera is a leading software company with future-proof solutions for the finance and insurance industry. We help pension funds optimally utilize the opportunities offered by digital technologies and design processes efficiently. Our 900 employees combine their extensive industry knowledge with excellent technological expertise. A majority of Swiss financial institutions rely on our solutions because they meet their high standards of security, compliance, and stability.
The P40 administration system digitizes all pension fund business processes. The solution is completely process-oriented and impresses with its high degree of automation and seamless integration of the insured person and company portal, accounting, payment transactions, document management, printing and shipping, archiving, scanning, HR systems, the BVG exchange, the Central Compensation Office (ZAS), the Central Company Index (Zefix), FTA reports, and electronic communication – all from a single source. This increases efficiency, reduces costs, and conserves resources. Thanks to modern online portals for employers and insured persons, fast and convenient customer service is guaranteed. This comprehensive solution combines modern technologies with the highest security standards and is operated as a SaaS solution in a Swiss data center. We take care of operations and security – leaving you more time for your core business.
P40 is designed as a comprehensive communication and interaction platform. This enables process-driven, multimedia collaboration between the pension fund and all stakeholders. It offers target group-specific and automated information and an impressive user experience with modern and intuitive interfaces. P40 provides pension fund administration staff with a web application with access to all portfolio and transaction data. Thanks to its consistent process orientation, every employee has an overview of pending business cases. The insured persons' portal offers insured persons self-service access to all relevant business cases. Insured persons have the opportunity to obtain an overview of their pension situation at any time and to simulate the effects of purchases and home ownership incentives. The employer portal allows HR staff to work closely with the pension fund administration. Processes such as entry, salary changes, and other changes are seamlessly routed from the portal to the administration system, and documents are made accessible electronically.
P40's guiding principles are consistent process orientation and a maximum degree of blind processing. The system, with the P40 core at the heart of the solution, is modular, extensible, and enables flexible deployment. The fully web-based applications are tightly integrated, thus avoiding media disruption and additional, complex system integrations. In addition to the fully process-supported processing of all necessary business transactions, technical accounting is an integral component of P40. In technical accounting, the administration system maintains a subledger of all relevant financial transactions and facilitates direct and seamless payment transactions between the pension fund and the bank thanks to the international communication standard EBICS. In addition to traditional local document printing, the Output Management module offers integrated and fully automated mail delivery.
P40 is a completely new development based on the latest technological advancements. This enables pension funds to successfully implement modern technologies for themselves and their customers, securing themselves sustainably for the future.
The opening of the platform, both to the portals and to the surrounding systems, forces providers to actively consider interfaces in order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization. P40 was designed with an open architecture and allows for easy and rapid integration of third-party systems.
