PURE Funds AG is a FINMA-authorised, independent and privately held fund management company.
We administer, manage and distribute our own funds, mainly focussing on investments in real estate. We also offer asset/portfolio management and advise and support private and institutional property owners in the transition from directly held properties to indirect property investments.
Our real estate fund, PURE Swiss Opportunity REF (PSO), invests in economically strong regional centres and locations with growth potential in Switzerland. The core portfolio consists of residential properties, which are complemented by selected properties with a commercial component. Strategic project developments also contribute to value appreciation. The property portfolio is consistently developed in accordance with ESG criteria for a sustainable investment return.
