SLPS also provides support in relation to financial reporting in accordance with local and international standards (IFRS/US GAAP). Management

We manage your pension fund for you, administer it in accordance with current guidelines and regulations, and provide, among other things, the following services:

  • Organization of Board of Trustees meetings
  • Implementation of the Board of Trustees' strategic decisions
  • Support of the Board of Trustees in its activities and decision-making
  • Coordination and provision of information to the foundation's partners (supervisory authorities, auditors, pension fund experts, asset managers, etc.)
  • Organization and coordination of the financial statements
  • Preparation of the annual management report
  • Organization of renewal and replacement elections to the Board of Trustees

Technical Administration

As part of our "Technical Administration" services, we provide, among other things, the following services:

  • Securities accounting: We manage securities accounting, recording all transactions across all portfolios, and handle the reclaiming of any withholding tax deductions.
  • Investment controlling: You know what's happening in the financial markets and can track the development of your portfolio (consolidated, per mandate, per asset class, or per fund). This provides you with more timely information on the financial situation of your pension fund, as well as a comparison of investments and performance with other pension funds.
  • Investment reporting: We provide you with a consolidated overview of individual investments and show you short- and long-term performance trends. We identify any violations of investment guidelines and provide you with an overview of potential risks inherent in the funds. We use the same system for preparing the reports as for securities accounting. This ensures that there are no valuation discrepancies between the reporting and the securities accounting.
