We are a second-pillar service provider independent of banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms. Founded in 2006, Dipeka AG is wholly owned by our experts. Together with our partner office, PK Expert AG in Münsingen, we offer services for pension funds and pension consulting for companies. We draw on the many years of experience of our eight licensed pension fund experts. Our clients are pension funds and companies. We represent all possible industries, large and small pension funds and companies, as well as collective foundations in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Expert work and consulting for pension funds

• Traditional expert work (actuarial reports, regulatory audits, etc.)
• Risk analyses for employers and pension institutions
• Project management and support for all occupational pension issues (e.g., adjustments to pension regulations and plans, partial liquidation, establishment and liquidation of pension institutions, review of investment strategies and their implementation)
• Second opinions on expert reports, restructuring concepts, etc.
• Tendering, evaluation, and analysis of reinsurance solutions
• Auditing/support of pension fund administration
• Coaching and training of pension institution managers

Pension consulting for companies

Analysis of existing and development of new pension solutions based on the company's risk capacity and employee needs

• Tendering and evaluation of suitable pension providers. (Dipeka AG and two of its experts are FINMA-registered insurance intermediaries)
• Expert advice for pension committees (e.g., organizing and, if necessary, chairing annual, structured meetings, enabling the neutral assessment of the collective foundation's benefits to minimize risks for employers and insured persons)
• Reviewing the appropriateness of multiple pension plans, proposing any necessary measures, expert confirmation in accordance with Art. 1a BVV2 (BVV2)
