Since 1923, Allvisa AG has been supported by its employees and customers. On January 1, 2022, Allvisa Services AG took over a large portion of AXA Pension Solutions' customer contracts and employees. Through this business transfer, Allvisa Services AG has further expanded its position as one of the leading providers of solutions in the area of company-owned foundations, with nearly 160 pension funds under management, and has opened two new locations in Winterthur and Lausanne in addition to its existing locations in Zurich and Wil. Allvisa Services AG is wholly owned by its working partners and is the market leader in pension fund administration and management.

We attach great importance to providing our customers with competent, reliable, and independent support. We work in a focused and solution-oriented manner in our core areas of expertise: the administration, consulting, and management of autonomous pension funds.

Insured persons administration

We manage insured persons for around 160 pension funds using the modern and up-to-date Swiss Pension 6.2 software. The great flexibility of this software allows us to offer tailor-made solutions for our customers and connect to various interfaces.

Swiss Pension Internet allows queries and simulations to be carried out via a secure Internet interface. Our insured persons portal offers insured persons a service of the highest standard. Changes can be submitted online via the employer portal. The portal gives you access to the latest data stored in our administration system.

Claims management is handled by our internal claims department. For complex claims, we work with the law firm Hubatka Müller Vetter, which specializes in pension law and also provides forensic services.

Foundation and securities accounting

Like insured person administration, foundation accounting and all related areas are also among our core competencies. Foundation accounting is carried out using the “ABACUS” software and includes not only the filing, posting, and booking of individual foundation transactions, but also the preparation of the entire annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 26. We also take care of declarations for tax and supervisory authorities.

We manage securities accounting for around 85 autonomous and semi-autonomous pension funds with a total value of approximately CHF 8.5 billion using the EPOCA software. The connection to external software ensures independent and accurate valuation of all securities.

Management

At Allvisa Services AG, nine managing directors and two assistants are responsible for 64 management mandates. The added value of management by Allvisa Services AG lies in the use of collective experience, the provision of a deputy, and the highly specialized expertise of our employees.

The managing directors organize and manage the foundation in accordance with the relevant regulations and the guidelines issued by the foundation board. They observe business principles and the applicable legal provisions. In doing so, they maintain the necessary independence from other service providers of the pension fund.

Data protection & ICS according to ISAE 3402 Type 2

As part of our services for pension funds, we have aligned our data protection with the provisions for federal agencies. The requirements of the new Data Protection Act are incorporated into Allvisa Services' ISAE 3402 certification. Our internal control system (ICS) is audited and certified in accordance with the international auditing standard ISAE 3402 Type 2. This means that our processes are not only in place, but also effectively applied. In this way, we ensure the best possible quality for our customers. We offer our customers our experience in setting up an effective ICS and holistic risk management to strengthen their own pension fund governance.

 Specialized services

  • IT services. Our in-house IT department, consisting of seven people, takes care of technological progress, operational security, and cyber security. In addition, individual customer requests are implemented and processes in the area of digitalization are supported.
  • Migration specialist. With over 40 successful migrations completed in the last 24 months, we can draw on extensive experience in this area.
  • Projects and interim management. In interim management, we bridge personnel bottlenecks and facilitate the successful resolution of challenging situations.
  • SmartElection. With SmartElection, Allvisa Services offers a tool that is unique in Switzerland for the online election of your foundation board. The electronic voting system guarantees efficient and cost-effective implementation with the highest security standards in the area of data protection.
  • Continuing education for the foundation board. As a customer of Allvisa Services AG, you benefit from the biannual continuing education event “Allvisa Aktuell” organized by Allvisa AG.
  • Partial and total liquidations, mergers and demergers, new foundations. Allvisa Services is happy to support you in all matters from the start of the demanding process to the final completion of the projects.
